Vitae Counselling Services

Counselling services for all ākonga (students) are provided by Vitae, who have a team of qualified counsellors located throughout New Zealand. Ākonga are entitled to three free counselling sessions.

You can access a Vitae counsellor on campus, or in the community (in person or remote). We can support you to access these services, or you can self-refer 24/7.

Onsite counsellors are available at Te Kahui Auaha and Petone Campuses on Mondays, and Porirua Campus on Thursdays.

To make an appointment, ākonga can either use the student self-referral form, fill in the form on the free Vitae NZ Mobile App or call 0508 664 981. If your request is urgent (need to be seen within 1-2 days), please state this when you complete the referral.
