Bachelor of Nursing Māori
Nau mai Haere mai ki te Kuratini O Whitireia. The Bachelor Nursing Māori programme is kaupapa Māori orientated to support your learner journey to become a registered nurse with the Nursing Council New Zealand. Your learner journey traverses Te Ao Māori and Te Ao Tapuhi (Nursing). By the end of your three years of study and having passed the Nursing Council State Examination, you have demonstrated to your whānau, hapū, Iwi to the public that you are competent culturally and clinically able to practice as a Registered Nurse both at home and overseas.

Bachelor of Nursing Pacific
Afio mai, Ulu tonu mai. Turou oro mai ki te Apii Tuatoru o Whitireia. The Bachelor of Nursing Pacific programme's goal is to support you to become a competent and confident registered nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. Throughout your learning journey you'll integrate your knowledge of Pacific communities, cultural practices and nursing knowledge to improve health outcomes for Pacific peoples and the wider Aotearoa New Zealand community and overseas.

New Zealand Diploma in Enrolled Nursing
Become an enrolled nurse and get the qualification to work under the directive of a registered nurse. This diploma is perfect in opening a world of future job or study opportunities. With both theory based learning, and practical, hands-on experience, students develop the skills needed to become an enrolled nurse.

Competency Assessment Programme for Nurses

Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing
This programme is for registered nurses, working in community and primary health, to gain a postgraduate qualification that advances your specialty knowledge in Well Child/Tamariki Ora Nursing. This programme is delivered in partnership with Whānau Ᾱwhina Plunket (Plunket). Credits may be gained towards Master’s study.
